Please refer Directorate's D O letter No. 87-04/2014-Coordn./O & M, dated 29th September, 2014 circulated to you through your Post Office eMail Id. All are requested to come to office by 9.30 AM on 2nd October, 2014 and take Swachh Sapath at 9.45 AM carrying out cleanliness of the office premises.
Please remember , cleanliness is a journey and not a destination. Please provide 100 hours a year ( 2 hours a week only ) towards this noble drive carrying out cleanliness of your residential premises, neighbourhood and social network premises.
After finishing the job in your respective offices, you are also requested to join with me tomorrow at Ashoknagar MDG for carrying out cleanliness in any public place on behalf of National Federation of Postal Employees.
