Dear Comrades,
For grant of Cash Handling Allowance to all the SPMs of Single / Double handed post offices, we had taken an item for discussion with the SSPOs, Bhubaneswar which had since been closed after several discussions with reply that not a single SPM did submit the required statistical figures as desired by Divisional Office for the purpose.
Now we are reproducing the latest circular issued by the Directorate on the above subject enhancing the CHA to Rs.120/150/180/210 according to the average amount of cash handled per day . Hope our Comrades working as SPMs in Single/Double handed S Os will not hesitate to accept such amount submitting the statistical figures to the Divisional Office at the earliest.
The SPMs who have already submitted the statistical figures may intimate us so that we can pursue it at Divisional Office for early sanction.
