Black-listing of bidder ’Deepak Supplier’, Unit-4, Bhubaneswar.

Sub:        Black-listing of bidder/’Deepak Supplier’, Unit-4, Bhubaneswar.

                It has been reported by Sr.Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO that one Mr. Jagannath Mohapatra, P & T Colony, Unit-4, Bhubaneswar has participated in the auction held by the Sr.Postmaster on 09.11.2015 for disposal of condemned Gen set. The above person has credited EMD and auctioned the item per Rs.75.50 per Kilogram. The bid was fixed in his favour being the highest bidder whereas Sri Jagannath has declined to take the above item and stepped back himself.

                The auction has been cancelled accordingly as per the report of the Sr.Postmaster and orders issued for the re-auction for the item. The irresponsible act by the above bidder Sri Jagannath has put the Department in an embarrassing situation as the offer of genuine bidders also could not be accepted and wastage of manpower etc.

                Therefore Sri Jagannath Mohapatra, P & T Colony,  unit-4, Bhubaneswar is hereby black-listed from entering into any auction or other work related to the Post Offices under this Division with immediate effect.

N.B- it is also come to light that the above person in the name of “Deepak Suppliers”, Unit-4, Bhubaneswar used to supply office stationaries and other items to different Post Offices as a third party agent providing the bill of “ Deepak Suppliers”. M/S “Deepak Suppliers”, Unit-4, Bhubaneswar being a bogus firm is also hereby black-listed with immediate effect. Offices under this Division should not purchase any item from the above mentioned Jagannath Mohapatra or through the above mentioned “Deepak Suppliers” or through his agent or any such third party.
