Subject: ZONE RELATED ISSUES

Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am directed by competent authority to convey the following:

In spite of FAQs/ instructions issues are being reported during EOD by one or the other SOL. Many times, it is noticed that the validation reports are not being looked into during posting the zone . We will certainly help the Hos/CPCs on the zone related issues if the issue is reported well in advance. Kindly instruct the Hos to report the zone related issues before 1500 hrs to 1600 hrs positively to take up with concerned support teams to avoid delay in EOD/DC closure.

            Clearing FAQ is attached for reference. Please let us know if any modifications are required in CLEARING FAQ.

Suitable instructions may please be given to Hos on the above.
