Circle Office vide its letter No.ST/26-9/2010, dated 26.3.2011 has requested the Divisional heads  to send the special reports with  service particulars of the following officials  including grading in their CRs for the  last five years  in a prescribed proforma  for the purpose of conducting DPC for promotion to HSG-II cadre.
