Circle Office, Bhubaneswar vide its letter No.BGT/2-50/10-11, dated 20-12-2010 had earlier given due approval for sanction of OTA bills up to Oct,2010 and now again it has approved vide its letter No. No.BGT/2-50/10-11, dated 18.03.2011 for sanction of OTA bills pending up to Jan,2011 immediately both for Postal Operation/existing P Os and SB Work in HPO.
In addition Circle office has also asked all Regional / Divisional Heads to intimate by fax / e mail the amount of pending bills up to 15th,Mar 2011 after sanction of the bills up to Jan,2011 so as to enable C O to accord approval of the pending OTA bills up to 15th Mar,2011.
As such, all Comrades working as SPM / Postmaster are requested to prepare and submit the OTA bills of their respective offices up to March 15, 2011 to Division Office for timely clearance.
