Continuance of ad-hoc promotion made in the cadre of HSG-I.

As per the instructions issued by the Directorate, Circle Office has now asked all Divisional / Regional heads to supply full particulars of the HSG-I officials now working on ad-hoc arrangement in Orissa Circle. The copy of the C O letter is reproduced below for information of all.

I am directed to request you to intimate the no. officers along with name and full details who have been working against HSG-I posts on adhoc basis by fax/e-mail to day by 1600 hrs as to submit the report to Directorate by 1700 hrs today.
