Subject : Filling up of the posts of
Instructors/ Sr. Instructors on Deputation at PTC Saharanpur.
1.
The Director Postal Training Centre, Saharanpur invites the applications from
the volunteers to work as Instructor/ Sr. Instructor at PTC Saharanpur. It is
requested to circulate this notice to all eligible officials in your Circle / Region
/ Centre.
2. (i) Minimum Eligibility criteria for
the post of Instructor is:
Inspector
of Posts / H.S.G II / L.S.G
Or
PA / SA
with 08(eight) or more years of continuous service.
(ii) For post of Sr. Instructor the applicant
should be approved in ASP Cadre.
(iii) The Applicant should be able to
impart training of Departmental Softwares & MS Office.
(iv) The Applicant must have thorough
knowledge of application packages used in Department and Computer knowledge .
(v) The Applicant should not be more
than 52 years for age on the last date prescribed for the receipt of
application.
(vi) The Applicant must have fluency in
English and Hindi languages.
(vii) The Applicant should be smart,
proactive and should be able to work in systematic way.
(viii) The applicant must have knowledge of
Departmental rules and procedures.
(ix) The applicant must have interest in
teaching or impart training and must be willing to learn.
(x) No disciplinary actions or
proceedings should be pending against the official.
3.
The tenure of the post will be of four years, it may be extended for further
two Years. The applicant may be repatriated to his parent unit at any time
without specifying any reason thereof.
4.
The official will be eligible for Training Allowance of 15% which is exempted
from income tax.
5. Following facilities are available
for all instructors:
(i)
License Fee Free Accommodation is available
for all instructors.
(ii)
There is fully equipped postal dispensary
within the campus and an experienced doctor.
(iii)
There is a Recreation club in which facility
of various Indoor(Carrom board, Table tennis, Chess, wooden badminton) and Outdoor
games(Basketball, Football, Tennis, Volleyball) is available.
(iv) A
children park with swings and slides.
(iv)
A SARVADHARAM AASTHA STHAL for quiet
meditation.
(v)
A Gymnasium and an experienced Physical
training Instructor for Yoga practice is available.
(vi)
A well stocked library in which you and your
children can gain or increase knowledge.
(vii)
Pick n drop bus facility from/to school for
children.
(viii)
This campus is spread over 57 acres of land
with full of greenery all around.
(ix) The
atmosphere is peaceful which will be beneficial for all round mental and physical
growth .
(ix)
By imparting training here, you will get
chance to increase your skills and develop your personality in a wholesome
manner.
(x)
The
facility of mess and departmental canteen is available.
6.
The applications with bio-data in the prescribed Proforma may please be
forwarded through their concerned heads of units, so as to reach this office on
or before 30-10- 2012.
7.
The applicants are advised to submit their applications through proper channel.
However, an advance
copy can be submitted to this office directly.
8.
The candidates will have to go for screening test for which a suitable date
will be intimated in due course.
