Notice is hereby given under Article 48 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Group – C to hold the Working Committee Meeting of this Divisional union at 18.00 hours on 19.12.2016  in PRC, Bhubaneswar GPO.

            The following shall be the agenda for discussion.

1.            9^th  Biennial Conference of AIPEU, Group-C, Odisha Circle scheduled to be held in Balasore from 7^th to 9^th January, 2017. 

2.          Proposed one day nationwide strike on 15.02.2017 called by the Confederation against the breach of assurances by the Govt.

3.            Annual Joint General Body Meeting, 2017 with Postmen, MTS, GDS and Casual Workers – Finalization of date, venue etc.

4.            Divisional Issues:

a.    Transfer / Posting issues – attitude of the Divisional administration

b.    Problems faced due to demonetization and the role of the Divisional administration

c.    Delay in conducting DPC for MACP

d.    Building  & Quarters maintenance issues

5.            Organizational Review

6.            Financial Review.

7.            Any other item(s) with the permission of Chair.

All the Working Committee members are requested to attend the meeting invariably without fail. The union shall be happy to have the participation of willing staff members with their valuable contributions on various issues. Members having personal issues are also cordially invited to the DWC meeting for discussion.
