As aware,  we have been continuously writing / discussing to / with the SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division for shifting / dequarterizing of Mancheswar Railway Colony  S O, Bhubaneswar - 751 017 which is functioning in a dilapidated building far below the Schedule of Accommodation. Since we did not witness any positive progress for years together, we took up the matter with the General Secretary,  East Coast Railway Shramik Union (AIRF), Bhubaneswar who, vide his letter No. CU/HQ-Genl/2015, dated 24.08.2015 requested the Sr. DGM, East Coast Railway to provide a spacious accommodation at Mancheswar or Rail Sadan building.

Latter, the issue was discussed in the 36th (4th in 2015) Zonal PNM Meeting held between East Coast Railway Headquarters & East Coast Railway Shramik Union (ECoRSU) at East Coast Railway Zonal Hqrs, Rail Sadan, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar on 22nd and 23rd  December, 2015 under Item No. 36U-04-2015 with a decision that a committee will be nominated consisting of Supervisors from P. We do attached here with above letter of ECoRSU and the extracts of the Minutes of the above meeting taken against  Item No. 36U-04-2015 for kind perusal with request to coordinate with the General Manager, East Coast Railway Headquarters, Bhubaneswar so that the Post Office can be shifted to a new location at the earliest.

Expecting a line of reply on the nature of action taken in this regard.
