Regular promotion of LSG (Postal) officials to HSG-II cadre in Odisha Circle

             The competent authority is pleased to approve the regular promotion of the following LSG (Postal) officials to HSG-II cadre in the scale of pay Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-II) with grade pay of Rs.4200/- from the date of assumption of charge. The officials on their promotion are allotted to the regions noted against each.

             The Postmaster General, Berhampur Region is requested to issue posting order of the official allotted to his region.

The competent authority is pleased to  post the officials on their allotment to Headquarters region as noted against each.

                The officials promoted to HSG-II cadre may exercise their option if any, for fixation of pay under FR-22(1)(a)(i) within one month from the date of assumption of charge. The officials already given financial upgradation under MACPs scheme are not eligible for benefit of fixation of pay by virtue of their promotion.

The postings are subject to change  in future as per administrative exigencies.

            Before giving promotion to the approved officials it should be ensured that no disciplinary/vigilance case is pending or current against them .

            This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.

Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned in due course.
