Sub-Holding of third quarterly“ Pension Adalat” with Dak Adalat for the year  2012.

As per the instruction of Directorate letter No. 45-2/04-Pen (Pt) dated 17.5.2004 the third quarterly Pension Adalat  along with Dak Adalat for the year 2012 will be held on 25.09.2012 at11.00A.M in the office of the  Sr. Supdt. of Post offices, Puri Division, Puri.

            It is requested to hold the Pension Adalat on 25.9.2012 at 11.00AM  in Divisional Units and report compliance to this office positively by 28.09.2012 enabling this office to submit a report to Directorate. Dak Adalat at Regional Level may be held on suitable dates as one officer is holding dual charge of PMG of both Berhampur and Sambalpur Regions.

   

            The case which requires settlement at Circle Office may be forwarded to this office latest by 20.09.2012 along with a brief history/comments/ suggestions for inclusion in Circle Level Pension Adalat to be held on 25.09.2012.

             This should be given wide publicity.
