Part-I

            The Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar is pleased to order promotion of Sh. S C Sahoo, SAS, Circle Office, Bhubaneswar to the cadre of PS Gr-B purely on temporary and ad hoc basis in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- from date of assumption of charge and allot him to HQ Region until further orders.

            The ad hoc promotion will continue for a period of 11 months from the date of assumption of charge or till joining of the designated regular PS Gr-B officer whichever is earlier. Further in the event of completion of 11 months, this ad hoc promotion arrangement shall automatically lapse.

            The ad hoc promotion does not confer any claim for permanent absorption or seniority in the cadre of PS Gr-B and the officer shall be reverted to ASP cadre at any time without assigning any reason.

Part-II 

The competent authority is pleased to order transfer of following officer of PS Gr- Cadre to have immediate effect and until further orders.
