Notice is hereby given under Article 48 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Group – C to hold the Working Committee Meeting of this Divisional union at 18.00 hours on 18.01.2014  in the premises of Ashoknagar MDG, Bhubaneswar – 751 009.

            The following shall be the agenda for discussion.

1.            Review of the proceedings of last DWC

2.            Organizational Review

3.            Two-day nation-wide Strike from 12^th to 13^th February, 2013 called by the Confederation

4.            8^th Divisional Biennial Conference due after 6^th April, 2014 – Finalization of date and venue

5.            Financial Review

6.            Functioning of JCA formed on 01.09.2013 and its future activities

7.            Any other item(s) with the permission of Chair.

All the Working Committee members are requested to attend the meeting invariably without fail. The union shall be happy to have the participation of willing staff members with their valuable contributions on various issues.  Members having personal issues are also cordially invited to the DWC meeting for discussion.
