17.01.2014 : The Pan African Postal Union is celebrating Pan African Post Day and its 34th anniversary on 18 January 2014 with a commitment to translating regional and global postal strategic plans into tangible gains.
The UPU congratulates PAPU and its member countries and wishes them a happy celebration.
Created in 1980 in Arusha, Tanzania, the restricted union of the Universal Postal Union has 43 members.
