Sub:-    Business Tie-up with State Transport Commissioner, Cuttack:-Regarding

           The Transport Commissioner-Cum-Chairman, State Transport Authority, Odisha, Cuttack-753002 has made an agreement with Department of Posts, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar on 31-01-2014 to avail BNPL facility for Speed Post Services at different locations in the State through the identified Post Offices (list of such locations and identified POs are attached). The Transport Commissioner-Cum-Chairman, State Transport Authority, Odisha, Cuttack-753002 has been allotted the BNPL No.165/Jan 2014 centrally for the purpose. The list of RTOs, Branch Offices, Zonal Offices, Proposed Offices with their respective Post Offices, Telephone No. of RTOs and MVIs along with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to be followed for the scheme is attached here with for information, guidance and necessary action.

     

            Hence, it is requested to kindly issue necessary instructions to all concerned in your Division immediately for successful implementation of the scheme.

This will have effect from 03.03.2014.
