Organizing of various philatelic promotional activities in rural areas

Bhubaneswar Division has decided to promote philatelic activities in rural areas.  Accordingly, SSPOs, Bhubaneswar has instructed the sub Divisional heads to contact Principals / Headmasters / Headmistress of the schools in rural areas and organize to hold philatelic activities among the school children before 25^th Feb-2014. The activities are about organizing  stamp design competition, school visits and other promotional activities with the help and co-ordination of philatelists .
