Congratulations to all those secured a pass. They must be put into the post of SPMs/PMs immediately as they all have certificates to handle the SB counters. All failed candidates should be posted to Division offices, PSD, CSD etc wherever there is no need of SB. Let the UNION not fight for posting in GPO SB counter if some one known to the influential section. Does SB aptitude test fulfill the criteria of one's ability to work/mange SB counter? If so then how could some one from the GPO SB counter gets booting out with charges of mis-behaviour. The time has changed. Officials with good communication skill /soft skill must be in place, instead of after passing out the SB aptitude test they should be imparted the training of soft skills.
