Sub:- Procedure for payment of fee through e payment for recruitment of PA/SA for the year 2013-14.

                       

This is regarding direct recruitment of Postal Assistants and Sorting Assistants for the year 2013-14.  Chief Postmasters General of 22 Circles all over the country have got the Recruitment advertisement published in local newspapers.

            Online application commenced from 00:00 Hours of 26-2-2014 and would remain open for submission of applications upto 23:59 Hours of 27^th March, 2014.  After submission of the application, the candidates would be approaching computerized post offices for payment of fee through e-payment.

            In this regard, it is requested that the Post Offices having e payment facility may be directed to ensure the working condition of equipments needed for e-payment receipt.  Suitable instructions may also kindly be arranged to be issued to the computerized post offices for running e-payment communication without fail.  Divisional Heads may kindly be requested to monitor proper communication by the post offices on day-to-day basis because any failure in communication may lead to complaints from aspiring candidates. 

            If there is any breach of connectivity in any Computerized Post Office resulting in failure of communication of e-payment particulars, the matter may kindly be taken up with CEPT, Mysore under intimation to Circle Office.
