Holding of DPC for consideration of Promotion to the cadre of HSG-I in Post Offices

            With reference to the above subject, I am directed to request you to submit all records (Service Book, Special Report, Up-dated CR/APAR Dossiers with latest Disc/Vigilance clearance report and currency of punishment report if any) in person on 17.11.2014 to this office for consideration of promotion to the cadre of HSG-I (Postal) in respect of the following HSG-II officials working under your jurisdiction.
