29th All India Postal Chess Tournament concluded in Chennai on 12th January, 2015

Com. Soumya Ranjan Mishra, P A Balasore H O , now on deputation to PLI Section, Circle Office, Bhubaneswar brought pride to Odisha Circle by winning  Gold Medal in the recently concluded 29th All India Postal Chess Tournament  on 12th January, 2015. Similarly Com. Manoj Kumar Panigrahi won the Bronze Medal along with the Board Prize  by winning all games in team event.
