Delegation of powers to create National Biller Ids under ePayment.

As per instructions contained in letter No. CEPT-7-63/e-Pmt dated 23.06.2015 of the Director, CEPT , powers to create National Biller Ids under ePayment has been enabled to all Heads of Circles.
