Ratnakar Kandi father of Com. Rama Chandra Kandi ,
Asst. Secretary, AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division expired at about 7.30 PM on 25.08.2016 at his
native place Astaranga in the age of 91.
Expressing our sincere condolence, we pray Lord Jagannath to shower His unending
blessings over the bereaved family members to bear with this irreparable loss.
Let the departed soul rest in eternal peace.
