Annexure-A

Pursuant to the direction vide CO Memo No.PMU/1-16/2016/Ch-I dated 06.12.2016 regarding afore said subject, it has been decided to conduct sensitization program by all IPs/ASPs at suitable venue on Sunday and Holidays to be completed by 31.12.2016.

            The training material in soft copy sent herewith which contains

1.    PPT Presentation

2.    Instructor Guide

3.    IPPB FAQ

4.    IPPB Brochure

5.    Staff Communication Document.

6.    Compliance Report

Instruction on the method of training mentioned in the Directorate letter forwarded herewith should be followed meticulously.

            As per direction all PAs, Postmen and GDS are to be sensitized by 31.12.2016. So all sub divisional heads has to ensure that all have been included of their sub divisions. In case any official has been excluded, the same may be brought to notice for inclusion in the continuing training program. It is also decided that all GDS employees exclusively are to be paid cost of transportation charges to attend the venue on fix date like PLI/RPLI mela on receipt of ACG-17.

            All those officials attending the venue for sensitization Program may be provided refreshment(tea, snacks @ Rs.30/ per person) and the likely amount may be taken as advance from SOs for which separate memo will be issued.

Annexure-C

The Sr.Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO,All Postmaster/SPMs are directed to undergo the directions endorsed in Annexure-A and training schedule in Annexure-B to ensure the sensitization program fixed on Sunday/Holiday for smooth training program to be given to all PMs/SPMs/APMs/PAs/GDS on schedule dates of 1^st half or 2^nd half as per inclusion of their post offices in Annexure-II.

Accordingly Sr.Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO/SPMs/PMs are requested to order their staffs including GDS employees of all BOs(through BO Slip) coming under their POs to ensure attending the training program timely, the target being fixed by the Directorate.

It is noted that all are once again requested not to be defaulter citing different   reasons which may not be considered favorably.
