In pursuance of the orders contained in C.O. Memo No, ST / 46 – 22 / PSD – CSD / 2011 dated 23.06.2011, the following PAs of Bhubaneswar Division are hereby posted as Office Assistant, Postal Stores Depot, Bhubaneswar-751007 on deputation basis for a period of four years subject to their satisfactory performance of duties as Office Assistant.

The deputation is also subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. The seniority of the officials in their parent Division will hold good.
2. This deputation will not confer any right on the officials to claim for permanent absorption in PSD, Bhubaneswar.
3. The period of deputation is for four years without any financial benefit.
4. The officials may be reverted to their parent unit on the ground of unsatisfactory work or on administrative ground at any time without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
5. The officials are not entitled to any TA / TP / DA.
Relieving Arrangement
· The officials at Sl No: 1 to 4 and 6 will be relieved on office arrangement.
· Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned.
Part-II
In pursuance of the orders contained in C.O. Memo No, ST/46-20/2011 dated 28.06.2011 and St/46-2/PSD/CSD dtd 11.04.2011 the following PAs of Bhubaneswar Division now on deputation at PSD, Bhubaneswar are ordered to back to their parent Division and are hereby posted in the offices as noted against their name.

Part III
Sri Durga Charan Mohanty,PA,Utkal University MDG is hereby transferred and posted as SPM Kedargouri SO considering his willingness for the post. Sri Mohanty will be relieved by Smt. Durgabati Bihari as ordered at Part-II above.
Sri Manoranjan Sarangi, SPM Kedargouri SO will be relived by Sri Durga Charan Mohanty.
Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned.
