Comrade Moinul Haque, Circle Secretary, P-lV expired at 12 pm yesterday (3.3.16) at International Hospital, Guwahati. He was suffering from severe jaundice and for which both the kidneys failed. We express heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of Comrade Moinul.
