Appeal to my beloved comrades

Dear Comrades,

You have already received the Notice of the 7^th Biennial Conference circulated on 03.03.2012. The working Committee is committed to organize the Conference most successfully. In this contest, I would like to inform you that under the Chairmanship of Sri Jitu Pattnaik, Hon’ble MLA, Odisha, the following eminent dignitaries have kindly consented to grace the Open Session as per the programme detailed below.

All the Working Committee members are requested to attend the Subject Committee meeting in the campus of Sahidnagar MDG at 10 AM on 05.04.2012 to finalize the agenda of the Divisional Conference  and present th Biennial Report, Audited Acounts and Budget Estimates to the Conference.

Further, we are in continous touch with our eminent dignitataris who have conformed us to stick to the above time frame.Besides, we have also invited press, media and members of our sister unions who will attend the Open Session  according to the time schedule. Therefore,  to keep the good will of India Post and this Union as well, it is my sincere appeal to all the general body members to assemble at the  venue ( Mahanadi Niwas Auditorium, NALCO Colony, Near Kalinga Hospital, Bhubaneswar - 751023 by 09.30 AM on 06.04.2012 so that we may be able to conduct and conclude the conference in a most glorious and successful way. I just want your punctuality and nothing else for the day. Hope, you will honour.
