            This is to intimate that the following players are nominated to participate in the HOD cup Cricket Tournament on behalf of Odisha Postal Circle which is going to be held at Bhubaneswar from 04.01.2014 to 04.02.2014. In this connection, the team members as listed below may be granted Spl. CL. For the dates as 04.01.14, 07.01.14, 09.01.14, 20.01.14, 24.01.14 for league matches with other Govt & corporate sectors.
