Closing of separate bags for TD and non-TD mails

   The Sr. Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO/All Poster Masters /
    SPMs under Bhubaneswar Division.

       Consequent upon the discussion made in the workshop on MNOP held on 17.06.2014 and instruction received vide C.O letter no. ML/2-96/2012/Monitoring (Test letter) dated 18.06.2014, separate bags to be closed for TD and Non TD mails of speed post and registered post articles for Bhubaneswar NSH and Bhubaneswar RMS respectively.

         The speed post articles pertaining the following districts should be included in the TD speed post bag to be closed for Bhubaneswar NSH.

1.Puri

2.Khurda
3.Nayagarh
4.Cuttack
5.Jagatsinghpur
6.Kendrapara
7.Jajpur
8.Bhadrak
9.Balasore
10.Mayurbhanj
11.Angul
12.Dhenkanal
13.Sundargarh
14.Keonjhar

       The speed post articles pertaining to rest of the districts of Odisha and other states should be included in the NTD bag for NSH, Bhubaneswar.

   

Likely the registered articles pertaining to Bhubaneswar Division should be included in the TD Registered bag to be closed for Bhubaneswar RMS and the registered articles pertaining to rest of the places should be included in the NTD Registered bag to be closed for Bhubaneswar RMS.

 It is therefore, requested to all concerned to close two separate Speed post bags (TD/NTD) for Bhubaneswar NSH and two separate Registered bags (TD/NTD) for Bhubaneswar RMS daily with immediate effect.

        All other bags are to be closed as usual.
