Sir, 

           This  is regarding    Mobile Money Transfer Service(MMTS) in identified Post Offices of  Odisha  Circle.  In this connection,  this office letter of even no dtd.09.06.2014  may please be referred to  .The service was  launched on 07.10.2013 in Odisha Circle by Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle. But the  participation of Post Offices is very limited with respect to the total number of Post Offices activated  for MMTS business in Odisha Circle which is adversely noted at Directorate level.   

I am directed by CPMG  to request you to make  all efforts  & initiatives to increase MMTS business by popularising the MMTS  service  in general public. Aggressive monitoring needs to be done at Regional/Divisional level to enhance  the MMTS business in Odisha Circle. The performance of each MMTS  Post Office be monitored closely.  

This aspect is being monitored  in the periodically VC, chaired by Secretary (Posts).
