His Excellency Governor of West Bengal, Shri Keshari Nath Tripathi inaugurated the 8th State level philatelic exhibition : "Daker Saaj - Stamp Exhibition 2015" on 8th October, 2015 at Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata in the presence of Special Guest - Ms. Saoli Mitra (noted actress, director and playwright), Ms. Arundhaty Ghosh (Chief Postmaster General, West Bengal Circle), Mr. P. K. Bisoi (Director, RAKNPA and Chairman of Juror), Mr. A. K. Bayanwala (Member of Jury), Mr. P. M. Lal (PMG, South Bengal Region) and Mr. Subrat Das (PMG, Kolkata Region).
