Sub :      Rotational Transfer for the year 2016-17.          

               This is regarding rotational transfer during the year 2016-17 in the cadre of ASPs/IPs/Postmasters (LSG, HSG, Gr-I/II/III), PAs (SBCO) who are completing their tenure and due for transfer from the present post / place during the year.  The officers/officials in the above cadre who are completing post/station tenure at the present place of posting as on 30.09.2016 are requested to opt three choice stations for their posting in the order of preference which should reach this office on or before 15.02.2016  for onward submission to Circle office.

It may be noted that no commitment can be made to post them in their choice of station, even if vacancies available. However efforts may be made to post them to their station of their choice subject to administrative feasibility and provisions contained in the transfer guidelines.

The Sr Postmaster, BBSR GPO  should ensure submission of the above list and choice Stations obtained from Sri P.N. Pattnaik, Deputy Postmaster, BBSR GPO and all the LSG/HSG/SBCO officials of his  office on or before 15.02.2016.
