Dear Sir/Madam,

              

            I am directed to intimate/request the following.

​            Kindly see the trail mail from CBS CEPT (FSI Team), Chennai regarding Scheme Transfer (SB Gen to SB Cheque) at Post Office using HACXFRSC menu​.  It has also been approved by O/o CPMG, Odisha.

For Scheme Transfer (SB Gen to SB Cheque) in respect of Sub-Offices, the following may kindly be followed.

SPM / concerned Supervisor has to   initiate Scheme Transfer (SB Gen to SB Cheque) using HACXFRSC menu and note the Trans / Instruction ID.​

The said Trans / Instruction ID need to be communicated to Head Post Office concerned. Postmaster of the HPO need to verify the Account using given Trans / Instruction ID.

         

            This may kindly be brought to the notice of all concerned.
