             With reference to above, I am directed to request you kindly to depute  the Grade-II Postmasters of your division as per the enclosed list for undergoing Induction Training at PTC, Vadodara from 26.03.2012 to 28.04.2012(5 Weeks). PTC, Vadodara has allotted 13 candidates of Odisha Postal Circle for the above training.

General instructions for the trainees are enclosed herewith(Annexure-II) and this should be given to all the trainees who deputed for training along with training order.

             It should be ensured that all the allotted seats are fully utilised.
