Sub:     Rotational Transfer for the year 2013–14.  

           

            This is regarding rotational transfer during the year 2013–14 of Postal Assistants completing their tenure at the present post / place of posting and are due for transfer from the present post / place during the year.

            You are requested to check the office record and to intimate the names of those officials who have completed 04 (four) years of service or more at the present post / place of posting by 30.09.2013. Such officials are due for transfer during the rotational transfer 2013-14 and they may be asked to intimate the name of offices / places of their choice for transfer. An official can opt for a maximum of three places of his choice in order of preference. Such options should be obtained and forwarded to this office so as to reach here latest by 24.01.2013.

            It may please be noted that the places of choice given by the official is not binding upon the authority to accede to such request. This will, however, be taken into consideration while making rotational transfer keeping in view the administrative exigencies, interest of service, suitability and guidelines on rotational transfer.

            The contents of this letter should be brought to the notice of all concerned and their signature may be obtained in token of having seen this. The receipt of this letter may be acknowledged.
