Sad News

Shri Gouri Shankar Acharya casual MMS driver, Bhubaneswar Division expired today morning on the way to Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar due to heart stroke. Late Shri Acharya was  a very hard working  and an obedient worker. The administration has extracted maximum works in proportion to the payment made as casual worker. He used to work more than 8 hours a day without any additional benefits. Some genuine claims are yet to be settled in his favour. Hope the administration will settle the same at the earliest.

The postal employees of Bhubaneswar Division and Circle Office are really shocked with the sad demise of Sri Acharya. Sou motu gathering of hundreds of employees with floral tributes was seen before his dead body in the campus of Bhubaneswar GPO. Necessary financial assistance has already been provided by the SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division to the family members of late Acharya.

The members of AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division pray Lord Jagannath to shower His unending blessings and give courage to the bereaved family members to bear with this irreparable loss.
