MD dtd. 20.05.2014 from BD & Marketing Directorate, New Delhi-110001
on the above subject is forwarded herewith for information, guidance and
necessary action. Customers may be intimated by the booking official
that in case KYC documents are not provided by the customers their parcels may
be detained by custom authorities and such parcels may be delayed or returned
to sender for which Department will not be responsible.
I
am directed to request to circulate the letter for information of all concerned
staffs dealing with booking of World Net Express of the Identified POs and ensure
for proper implementation of Directorate instruction and adhere these
guidelines with immediate affect.
