Divisional EOD Cell - Functioning from 15.02.2016

Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am directed to intimate/request the following.

All concerned are aware that there is a Divisional EOD Cell to monitor Day End process of Finacle. 

As per instruction due time of Day End in Finacle is as under.

EOD completion Time as per instruction of DTE ​	By SO	By HO	By CBS CPC
	1700hrs (05PM)	1800hrs (06PM)	2000hrs (08PM)

            To effect timely EOD in Finacle, it is requested that the Divisional EOD Team may be instructed to monitor the EOD process of the Division from 15.02.2016 onwards.  As instructed by O/o Chief PMG, Odisha earlier, Divisional EOD team should function from Monday to Saturday.  Divisional EOD Team should function at least up to 1900hrs (07PM) or till completion of the EOD of the division whichever is earlier.

            There are 532 SOLs (CBS Offices) in Odisha.  It is not practicable to contact all the offices on telephone by CBs CPC, Odisha.  Hence CBS CPC, Oidsha will contact Divisional EOD Cell for most of the time. 

The names given earlier by the Divisions have been compiled and enclosed for ready reference.  If there are any changes, the same may please be intimated.  Divisions which names are blank needs to intimate the names to-day (15.02.2016) to enable CBS CPC, Odisha to contact the EOD Cell.
