  3. Dear Comrade Moharana and Pradhan,
As a matter of principle of extrinsic motivation, when the crowd cheer on the performer at the time of performing,it motivates him or her to do well. Your comments will certainly encourage to perform better in a more constructive way.
Thank you for watching with valuable comments.

  4. Respected Comrade,
Your effort for creation of aipeup3bbsr blogspot will educate, encourage, energise and motivate all viewers irrespective of cader , union, association to participate actively in trade union activities. You have prooved that , a Postmaster can do every thing if he / she takes interest. Being a non technical person you have made this blogspot more attractive , useful, colourful and accessable to all. You have started your education by a single chalk and completed Postgraduation in Commerce from Utkal University with Goldmedal, You have started carrear as a Temporary Postal Asst which helped you to perform today as Postmaster(HSG-I), You have taken a single document from your predecessor to work as Divnl Secy and now you are the most efficient and beloved Divnl Secretary in India Post who needs a building like World Trade Centre to keep Union records .I hope time will come and we will see you through a costly binocular.Your daring personality and caring attitude establishes bridge between administration and employees. You have never shown fingers to others , but your pen is mighter than sword, which injects pain to administration to findout the solution for staff relief immediately.

    Yours sincerely
