D A applicable to employees of Central Govt. and Autonomous Bodies drawing their pay and allowances as per 5th CPC enhanced from 103% to 115% w.e.f. 01.01.2011:

Dear Comrades,

The rate of Dearness Allowance applicable to employees of  Central Govt.  and  Autonomous Bodies  who continue to draw their pay and allowances  in the pre-revised scales of pay as per 5^th Central Pay Commission shall be enhanced from existing rate of 103% to 115% with effect from  01.01.2011.
