Declaration of vacancies in respect of General Line for P S Group-B Exam, 2011 – Divisional Union requests C H Q for recalculation:

Copy of e-Mail dated 08.04.2011 of the Divisional Secretary to the General Secretary is reproduced below:

Dear Comrade,

This has a reference to Directorate’s letter No. F. No. A-3401 3,/02/2010-DE, dated 18.02.2011 publishing the result of Limited Departmental Examination for promotion to the cadre of P S Group- ‘B’, 2009 held on 3rd  and 4th May 2010.

            The unfilled vacancies circulated by the Directorate under Annexure – I of the above letter are as follows:

But the vacancy position now circulated vide Directorate’s letter No. A – 34012 / 1 / 2011-DE, dated 06.04.2011 for the Limited Departmental Examination for promotion to the cadre of P S Group- ‘B’, 2010 to be held on 15.05.2011 is as follows:

         As such, the manner of distribution of 28 unfilled posts of P S Group-B from General Line during 2009  is not understood.

            May I request my beloved General Secretary to  have an inquiry on the issue and take necessary steps to declare the actual vacancy in General Line for the year 2010.

            Since time is very short, I hope, the issue will be taken with every seriousness.
