Appointment order issued by the SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division in favour of the GDS who have come out successful for promotion to postman cadre and completed the theoritical / practical training:

Dear Comrades,

The GDS already promoted to postman cadre and completed the required theoretical and practical training since 13.04.2011 had not been posted and thus losing their seniority and pay without fault of their owns. Objecting such delayed action of the Divisional administration in spite of assurance given on 18.04.2011. the Divisional J C A decided to boycott the monthly union meeting with the SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division scheduled to be held on 05.05.2011.

However, the Divisional administration issued appointment order in favour of such 15 GDS on 05.05.2011. The scanned copy of the order is reproduced below for information of all members of the Divisional J C A.
