Today the case was heard before Hon'ble CAT Bench at Chandigarh. Arguments started at 1050 hours and ended at 1120 hours. The officers of Directorate were present to explain their position. ....... Hon'ble Court has allowed the OA with the directions to DOP to recalculate, re-examine the vacancies as per respective quota in each category out of the total posts. If still there is any vacancy, only then the DOP can conduct PS Gr B examination scheduled to be held on 29.05.2011. .........
