                In pursuance of the office of the Chief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle Bhubaneswar memo No.ST/26-26/2010 dated13.05.2011 the Director Postal Services, Sambalpur Region, Sambalpur is pleased to order posting of the following officials promoted to the cadre of Grade-II Postmaster on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800 in (PB-1I) with Grade pay of Rs.4200/- on their allotment to Sambalpur Region as noted against each to have immediate effect.

                The official may exercise their option choosing the date of fixation of their pay under FR-22 (1) (a) within a month from the date of promotion. The officials already given financial up gradation under MACP scheme/promoted to HSG-II grade are not eligible for benefit of fixation of pay by virtue of their promotion

                Before giving promotion to the approved officials it should be ensured that no disciplinary/ vigilance case is pending or current against them. 

                Relevant charge report may be sent to all concerned.
