Subject:- Down gradation of justified Posts- Case of Odisha Circle.

Respected Madam,

                It has been intimated by the Circle Secretary Odisha Circle that CPMG Odisha Circle is downgrading the justified posts while the officials to manage these posts are available.

                Recently,  posts of SSPO Cuttack and SSRM `N` Division Cuttack have been down graded to Group `B` level and ASPs have been posted on ad-hoc basis. This action has deprived the eligible officials from their promotion to the higher grade. 

                We would therefore, urge upon you to kindly advise CPMG Odisha not to downgrade the justified posts and restore the down graded posts.
