                In partial modification of this office Memo of even no. dtd 20.07.2011 and pursuant to the orders contained in C.O. Memo No.ST/26-26/2010/Gr.I P.M dtd 13.12.2011, the following officials who have been approved for posting against the Postmaster Grade-I are hereby posted against the posts noted against their names below in the scale of pay of Rs 5200 to 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800(PB-I) to have immediate effect.

                The official may exercise their option choosing the date of fixation of their pay under FR-22(1) (a) (i) within a month from the date of promotion. The officials already given financial up gradation under MACPs scheme are not eligible for benefit of fixation of pay by virtue of their promotion.

                Before the officials are relieved/appointed to the post, it should be ensured that no disciplinary/vigilance case is pending or current against the officials. Ineligible officials under the relevant recruitment rules should not be relieved/appointed.

                Consequent upon joining of the above approved Grade-I Postmasters in the posts mentioned above, the officials holding the above posts will be relieved and joined to the posts as ordered at Part-II of this office memo of even no dtd 20.07.2011

Relieving Arrangement

·          The SPM Budheswari Colony SO will depute one suitable PA of his office to relieve Sri Sudhir Kumar Mohanty, SPM, Aerodrome Area SO of Sl. 1 above enabling him to join in his new place of posting.

·           The official at Sl.2 will be relieved on joining of Smt. Subhashree Mohapatra, PA, Ashoknagar MDG who has been directed to report duty at Divisional Office vide this office Letter No: B-2/Misc/Ch-I/2011 dtd 22.12.2011.

·          Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned.
