Sub : Nomination of members to the Circle Welfare Board of Orissa Circle for the period of two years.

                The  previous term of the Orissa Circle Welfare Board has already been expired. Therefore, the board will be reconstituted for another term of two years.

                The President will nominate the members to the Circle Welfare Board according to the  following :-

 1.            One representative of each wing namely postal & RMS.

 2.            In case of administrative office not more than three members of the staff to be nominated.

3.             One representative each from independent administrative units which do not have a  Welfare  Fund Committee of their own will be  nominated by the head of such unit/units as an additional member of the Circle Welfare Board.

4.             One representative from each of the Federation of Postal Employees Union / Organization as recommended by the respective Federation(CHQ) from amongst      members of their federated unions in the Circle/ Administrative office.

                Therefore , I am directed to request kindly to nominate the members for the above CWF to be constituted for a term of two years. The nominations should reach this office by 30.12.2011 in the given proforma.
