The competent authority is pleased to order promotion of the following HSG-II(Postal) officials to officiate in HSG-I cadre purely on adhoc and temporary basis in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/-(PB-2) with Grade pay of Rs.4600/- with immediate effect. The officials on their adhoc promotion are allotted to the regions noted against each.

The Postmaster General,Sambalpur Region is requested to issue posting order of the official allotted to his region.
The officials may please note that their promotion to HSG-I cadre is purely temporary and on adhoc basis and it confers no claim for their regular appointment and they may be reverted at any time without prior notice terminating the adhoc arrangement. The adhoc arrangement is for a period of 11 months or until further orders whichever is earlier.
Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned in due course.
