        In pursuance of the orders contained in Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar-751001 Memo No.ST/Inter Circle Rule-38/2013 dated 28.01.2013, Mousami Mohanty, PA, Coimbatore H.O of Coimbatore Division (under Tamilnadu Circle, Chennai) whose Inter Circle Transfer has been approved from Coimbatore H.O (Tamilnadu Circle) to Bhubaneswar Division (Odisha Circle) under Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume-IV, is hereby posted as O.A, Postal Stores Depot, Bhuaneswar-751007.

The transfer of the official is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. The official will not claim TA or transit.

2. The seniority of the official on joining duty in the new unit will be fixed in accordance with the provisions of Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume – IV as amended from time to time.

3 The pay of the official will be fixed under FR-22.

4. The official will not claim for repatriation back to her parent unit/transfer to any unit until she completes 5 years of service in the new unit to which transfer is presently sought.

5. All other terms and conditions of Rule-38 transfer as amended from time to time shall be applicable to them.

6. If any disciplinary/vigilance case is pending/contemplated against the official, the concerned Divisional Head should not relieve her and report should be sent to this office immediately by the concerned divisional head.
