Sub- Regarding grant of HRA at par with Bhubaneswar to Postal staffs working at Balakati, Balianta and Bhatapatna SOs under Bhubaneswar Tahasil

Respected Sir,

This very item rolled over years in the Bi-Monthly meeting with DPS (HQ) and now became item of agenda bearing No-10-02/2013 in the RJCM Meeting held on 08-02-2013, also further discussed in RJCM Meeting held on 19-08-2013.

            We have in receipt of the minute of the RJCM held on 19-08-2013 in which it was mentioned that the dependency certificate from Collector Khurda is required from period from 01-04-2005 till current period for grant of HRA to Postal staff working in Balakati, Balianta & Bhatpatna SO. Further, it was stated therein that the Circle Office would write to Directorate requesting not to link payment of HRA at par with Bhubaneswar with that of submission of establishment review of those offices. Unusual delay has already been caused on protracting the issue from one pretext to another. 

It is urged for issuance of instructions to SSPOs, Bhubaneswar division to collect & submit necessary dependency certificate from Collector, Khurda within one month time, enabling Circle Office to address Directorate for delinking of payment of HRA to staff with the establishment review of the afore-said Post offices.
